With September just around the corner, Autumn/Winter is sneaking up on us! We thought we let you in on some of our favourite trends coming up this season and the type of styles you can expect to see in store soon.
Ripped Up Punk
Time to get punk’d. Autumn/winter sees punk fashion firmly back as one of the key looks for the season. Starting out at the Met Ball with its Punk theme earlier in the year, everyone channelled Vivienne Westwood and sported black leather, mesh tops, spiky studs, and plenty of zips! This season Givenchy, Versace and Holly Fulton fully embraced the spirit of the rebel and their punked up designs were a hit!
You can find plenty of this on Yayer already, but we’ll be sourcing loads more totally punk pieces for you over the coming weeks.
Prepare for a tartan take-over - plaid, checked or tartan anything will do. We saw it feature heavily on the runways of Moschino, Chanel, Corrie Neilson and many more. Whatever the colours, tartan is no longer just for kilts and the girls from Clueless!
We’ll be rocking it with cropped fuzzy jumpers, punk mesh tops and chunky lace up boots, combining two awesome trends in one.
Crazy Pop Prints
Get inspired by bold prints of all colours, shapes and sizes. This autumn patterns will be inspired by the 90s, 80s, florals designs, vibrant colours, animal prints and much more. On the catwalk we adored Jeremy Scott’s weird and wonderful characters mixed with bold leopard prints and colourful check patterns.
So grab whatever print catches your attention and be prepared to stand out from the crowd.
Keep checking back over the next few weeks for more A/W inspiration and store updates as our new season collections start to drop!
