All packages are sent via Royal Mail & require a signature on arrival. Orders over £100 ship for FREE! Parcels unfortunately cannot be left in a safe place. If you are out & unable to sign for your order, you will be left a calling card & will need to arrange collection in person from your local post depot.

SPECIAL NEXT DAY SHIPPING - £6.95 (Orders must be placed before 1pm Monday - Thursday)

PLEASE NOTE: SND Orders placed between Thursday 1pm & Friday 1pm are not guaranteed to arrive until the following Monday.
Any SND Orders placed over the weekend will not arrive until the following Tuesday.

INTERNATIONAL
All International orders are sent via U.K mail provider Royal Mail.  We recommend a safe shipping option of ‘International Signed For’ with all orders.
All signed for orders will require a signature on delivery, if you are unable to sign for your package you will need to arrange collection in person from your local depot. 
PLEASE NOTE: Occasionally heavier items & larger orders may be subject to additional shipping charges. You will be notified after you have placed your order & will be quoted for any additional shipping costs if this applies . If you wish to cancel your order at this stage, you will be fully refunded. 
CUSTOMS & TAXES
Customs charges & import duties may be applicable to your order once it reaches your country. In all cases these charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We do not cover the cost of these charges and we are unable to predict what these charges may be (if any) as policies vary. If you have any questions regarding import duties it is best to contact your local customs department.

RETURNS / EXCHANGES

If for whatever reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item(s) for a full refund. 
The only items that we are unable to accept returns on are:
Piereced Jewellery
Underwear garments, including: Swimwear & Bodysuits
Sale Items (Sale items may be returned for store credit or for an exchange)
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
If you wish to return an item, simply fill out the returns form included with your order and post back to us within U.K 14 days or International 21 days of receipt of goods. Items received after the stated return time period may be refused a refund and store credit or exchange may be offered. 
All garments must be returned unworn, unwashed and with all branding labels still attached. We reserve the right to deny a return if garments are not received in their original condition. 

Please note that returns are the responsibility of the customer and any postage costs incurred when returning an item(s) will not be refunded. 
We also recommend that you post back your item using a secure postal option such as ‘signed for’ or ‘tracked’, as we cannot be held liable for any lost packages when out of our hands.

WANT TO EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
Bought the wrong size & want to switch it? We offer free exchanges on all orders wishing to switch for a different size. Simply filll out the returns form included with your order & post it all back. Once we receive your returned item we will ship out your new size free of charge! 
PLEASE NOTE: Due to the rate at which items sell out, we recommend contacting Customer Care in advance to reserve the size you are wishing to exchange for. 

UNFORTUNATELY WE CAN ONLY OFFER EXCHANGES ON SIZES OF THE SAME GARMENT. IF YOU WISH TO SWITCH A STYLE FOR A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT ONE IN STORE, YOU WILL NEED TO RETURN YOUR ITEM FOR A REFUND OR STORE CREDIT AND PLACE A NEW ORDER.
